Who am I?
I’m Jules - a spiritual soul who believes running a business should feel as good as it performs!
With over 30 years of experience - from founding my own companies to working as a practice manager, I know what it takes to elevate a business to new heights. Recently, I helped establish an award-winning interior design studio, all while running a busy ICB bookkeeping practice.
Now, as a business coach, I help others do the same - combining strategy, passion, and decades of hands-on experience.

Including membership to Entrepreneurs Circle which gives you access to a growing library of online classes, training courses, and special events. This mentorship program keeps you on track to grow your business with clarity and focus on the numbers but with more focus on business systems than marketing strategies
Total Business Review
£1500 Fixed Fee
A comprehensive review of your business, looking at: Where you business started and your goals, how it is currently trading, and where you would like it to be in 12-24 months.
At the end of the review, you will have a new outlook, a focus and plan with clear strategies. You will have a budget, a profit forecast and a scorecard to help you keep track of progress
